Tony Park, Co-Founder of PD Properties, introduces a new global dimension to the brokerage with his unique experience. Tony was born and raised in Sicily, Italy and of Korean descent. From a young age, he was always entrepreneurial-minded and constantly sought the next opportunity.
After moving to the United States, Tony established a new business within the payment industry, which deployed ATM machines and processed credit card payments for thousands of business owners across the United States. His company was ranked Inc. 500, and a finalist, two years in a row for the Ernst and Young Top Businesses, as well as, the Top 50 Asian American Businessmen of New Jersey. He mentored other entrepreneurs and offered them the type of advice that he was seeking when he first began his journey. These individuals experienced the same hardships and desired to succeed in foreign country. This led Tony onto his new career path; Real Estate.
Tony started off specializing in leasing local delis, restaurants, and supermarkets but quickly expanded his network. Soon after, he began representing corporate brands in Korea looking to expand into the U.S. market. Clients of Tony include: WeWork, Paris Baguette, Nature Republic, Lotte Hotel, KTB Asset Management, Hyundai Securities, Lotte Life, NH Investments.
At PD, Tony is responsible for strategic partnerships. In this capacity, he was instrumental in bringing over $1 billion dollars of investment through Korean institutional funds. Tony is currently focusing on opportunities in New York City for high net worth clients and institutional investment partners.

Since founding PD Properties, Elad has worked on the acquisition, financing, asset management, and sales of over $1 billion of real estate throughout the United States and Europe. He’s also been involved in the leasing of over 500,000 SF of commercial real estate throughout New York, and Seoul. Elad manages the day to day operations for the firm, and oversees new business development. Elad also oversees the property management division which started in 2014, and manages residential and commercial properties in Manhattan.
Prior to starting PD, Elad worked at The Moinian Group for 11 years where he served as Director of Residential Assets. In this position, he oversaw asset management, leasing, strategy, and the sales portfolio of over $800 million in closed sales, and managed approximately 2,500 luxury rental apartments. He is a licensed Real Estate broker in New York and New Jersey, and holds an MS in Real Estate from Baruch College.

Born and raised in Italy, Francesco graduated with a degree in Finance from Universita di Firenze and began his career as the Executive Director of Sales for Corcos Srl. After moving to the states, he became a Financial Analyst for the New York Stock Exchange. In 2012, he decided to combine his passion of sales and finance with Commercial Real Estate.
Francesco quickly became the point of reference for European Investors specializing in restaurant retail space. He has overseen more than 500,000 SF of retail, office and industrial space.
