CEO
Tony Park, Co-Founder of PD Properties, brings a global perspective to the brokerage, shaped by his diverse background and international experience. Born in Sicily, Italy, and of Korean heritage, Tony cultivated an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age and has always been driven to explore new opportunities.
After relocating to the United States, he founded a successful business in the payment industry, deploying ATM machines and processing credit card payments for thousands of business owners nationwide. His company earned a spot on the Inc. 500 and was a finalist for Ernst & Young’s Top Businesses for two consecutive years. He was also recognized as one of the Top 50 Asian American Businessmen in New Jersey.
Beyond building his own company, Tony mentored other entrepreneurs, offering the kind of guidance he had once sought himself. Many of these individuals faced similar challenges and were eager to succeed in a new country. This journey eventually led Tony to pursue a career in real estate. He began by specializing in leasing spaces for local delis, restaurants, and supermarkets but quickly broadened his network. Soon after, he started representing Korean corporate brands looking to expand into the U.S. market.
At PD Properties, Tony leads strategic partnerships and has played a key role in securing over $1 billion in investment through Korean institutional funds.
